How do I track my order?
Log in and go to My Orders. Once your order ships, a tracking number will appear there and be emailed to you.
Can I return a part if it doesn't fit?
Yes β€” unused parts in original packaging can be returned within 7 days. Email us with your order number to start the process.
Do you ship to East Malaysia?
Yes. We ship to Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan. Delivery takes 5–10 business days and a separate East Malaysia rate applies.
How do I add my workshop to your panel?
Send us a message with the subject "Workshop Partnership" and we'll contact you to arrange a visit and onboarding.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept online banking, credit/debit cards via Billplz, and corporate credit for company account holders.
How do corporate accounts work?
Companies get a pre-loaded credit balance and can purchase without going through the payment gateway on every order. Contact us to apply.
